We gave our award-winning Sweet Potato Soufflé strong the ultimate barrel treatment! This is a one-off, decadent blend of four different barrel finishes - rum, MI whiskey, bourbon, and cinnamon/vanilla extract barrels. 12oz can.

This strong ale was brewed with sweet potato and lactose and aged in rye whiskey barrels with cinnamon and nutmeg. Flavors of caramel, brown sugar, and sweet potato blend with spice and malt giving way to a lingering, warm finish.
