Bottle conditioned blend of barrel-fermented Belgian pale ales with lactobacillus and brettanomyces

A mixed fermentation wheat ale barrel aged for 6-12 months, then re-fermented with Michigan white grape must and aged for an additional 6 months. Fruit forward aroma of honey and marmalade. Medium body with sharp citrus and wheat finish.

A mixed fermentation red ale aged in oak for 6-12 months then re-fermented with Michigan red grape must and aged an additional 6 months. Aromas of berries and dark stone fruits. Malty body with hints of raisins and cherries with a sharp tannic finish.

Mixed fermentation sour red ale aged in barrels for up to 12 months. Medium body and malt character with hints of tart cherry and plum. Rich fruity aroma reminiscent of Burgandy wine.

A wheat ale fermented with saccharomyces, lactobacillus, and brettanomyces. Aged in barrels ranging from 6-12 months then refermented with tart cherries for an additional 4 months in the barrels.
